  Steven is the worst at customer service. When he's on the phone he calls customers liars and makes rude comments when he's handing the phone over (saying it loud enough to make sure you can hear them). He has no idea the correct way to speak to someone let alone help them. If you call or go into this store make sure you get one of the amazing girls who go over and beyond to make a customer happy.
